Experienced and Creative

I am a consultant working with the nonprofit sector to improve practices through research and the development of new web-based technologies. I was trained as an ethnographer and have managed a number of significant ethnographic research projects funded by regional and national foundations. I have been engaged in team-based documentation and assessment research at a management level for more than twenty years.

I apply my professional training to the needs of nonprofit organizations. My greatest passion is finding creative ways to address the information needs of the nonprofit sector to support knowledge building and strategic decision making.
